Privacy Policy

To execute transactions and maintain compliance with international tax standards, we collect two categories of data:

• Voluntary Information: Name, business name, email address, billing address, and uploaded image assets.
• Automated Technical Data: Upon interaction with our website, our system logs your IP address, device type, browser metadata, and country/geographical location.

• Legal Obligation for Processing: We collect and store IP addresses and geographical location logs based on our Legal obligations under Vietnamese tax audit laws. This data is strictly used to prove the offshore nature of the transaction and cannot be opted out of if you utilize our billing platform.
• Technical Sub-Processors: You acknowledge and agree that your image assets and metadata will be handled and hosted by our trusted technology infrastructure providers: DigitalOcean, LLC (Hosting), Google LLC (Google Drive), and Dropbox, Inc. (Cloud Storage). PayPal Inc. will process your billing interactions through its independent secure platform.

• Strict Non-Disclosure: We maintain a zero-leak policy. Your raw images, edited images, and personal profiles will never be sold, leased, or exposed to external third parties without written authorization.
• 30-Day Permanent Deletion: To minimize server vulnerabilities and protect customer data, all original and edited image files will be permanently deleted from our local systems and cloud sub-processors thirty (30) days after delivery. Clients are solely responsible for downloading and locally archiving their files within this period.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Vietnam where the Service Provider is registered.
