Welcome to our website. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Agreement")
constitute a legally binding contract between the Service Provider ("We", "Us", or "Our")
and the Client ("You" or "Your") who utilizes our digital image editing services. By
uploading images via our website's drag-and-drop interface, submitting a work order, or
checking the "I Agree" box, You explicitly acknowledge that You have read, understood,
and agreed to be bound by all the terms herein.

We provide professional digital image editing, retouching, color correction, and
enhancement services. Our core expertise lies in real estate, portrait, and product
photography, tailored to meet international commercial standards

● Direct Upload & Storage: Images are uploaded directly via our website’s drag-and-drop user interface. These assets are processed, transferred, and
stored securely on our website servers, cloud hosting infrastructure managed by
DigitalOcean, or designated cloud storage links via Dropbox and Google Drive.
No physical goods are exchanged.
● Consumption Outside Vietnam: You explicitly declare and warrant that You are
a non-resident individual or an entity established outside the territory of Vietnam.
You confirm that the final edited images are ordered, received, and consumed
entirely outside Vietnam for Your offshore business operations.
● IP Tracking & Digital Evidence: To comply with the Socialist Republic of
Vietnam’s tax audit regulations for 0% VAT qualification, our platform
automatically logs Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, geographical location,
server upload/download histories, and transaction timestamps. This
immutable technical data serves as conclusive legal proof to Vietnamese tax
authorities that the services are rendered to an overseas market.

● Your Materials: You retain full ownership and copyrights to all original images
uploaded to our website or cloud infrastructure. You guarantee that You possess the lawful rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute and edit these images. You agree to indemnify Us against any third-party copyright claims.
● Final Deliverables: Upon full settlement of the corresponding invoice, all
copyrights and usage rights of the final edited images shall be automatically and fully transferred to You. We reserve the right to revoke this transfer if payments are defaulted.

● 0% VAT Compliance: In strict accordance with Vietnamese Tax Laws regarding
exported digital services, a 0% Value-Added Tax (VAT) rate is applied to Your
invoices based on verified cross-border technical data.
● Payment Gateways & Methods: All payments must be processed electronically
through our authorized international payment gateway, PayPal, via credit card, or
via direct international bank wire transfer linked directly to our official business
bank account. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
●Transaction Fees: You acknowledge that PayPal charges transaction and
currency conversion fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your invoice, You
are solely responsible for all remittance fees, transaction fees, and
exchange rate differences to ensure that We receive the exact net amount
invoiced.
